Many cases benefit from a multidisciplinary team approach. At Anderson Moores you can relax confident in the knowledge that all patients have access to Specialist Radiologists, Medics, Anaesthetists, and Oncologists as well as Specialist Surgeons 24 hours a day while they are with us.

While it is important to have a great surgeon, it is equally important to have a great anaesthesia team and ours is led by Specialist veterinary anaesthetists. State of the art anaesthetic techniques, drugs and equipment are used to make anaesthesia, recovery and post op care as safe as possible for our patients.

And it's not all about the vets. Soft Tissue Surgery patients can require intensive nursing and our nurses are amongst the best and there's lots of them. Our nursing team is one of the largest in the South of England. They are on site 24 hours/day and are all fully qualified and registered with the RCVS. Many have advanced qualifications in veterinary nursing.

We also have an in-house physiotherapy team to help the nurses get those patients who are very sick, back on their feet as soon as possible.

We are able to offer a discounted fixed price fee for key-hole neutering of bitches.

All of our Soft Tissue surgeons are very experienced at managing the airway difficulties that many brachycephalic breeds suffer from (English and French bulldogs, Pugs and Boston Terriers). We regularly perform surgery on the nose, soft palate and tonsils and we can also perform laser turbinectomy to remove abnormal turbinates and improve airflow in the nose for those patients that need this additional procedure. Please see our information sheet for more information on brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome.

"Amazing experience during a very stressful time. Initial appt with the vet explained everything to us so well, and helped us come to a decision re treatment. Huge thanks to the surgeon for his in-depth telephone consultation and amazing surgical skills. Thank you so much to the vets working the weekend, who kept us informed, to the nurses who looked after our dog so well, and a special thank you for being so diligent with her ongoing eye treatment. Also thank you to the very helpful, welcoming reception staff, technicians and anyone else involved In her treatment and recovery."
