Highly recommended, the car for my dog was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming and informative throughout the whole process and couldn’t fault them. The practice itself was very clean and tidy and special little touches made you feel comfortable. 10/10

Great staff, great building, great coffee and even greater prices. 24hrs at Anderson Moores for respiratory/cough investigation etc was over £4500. That’s cat dropped off on Wednesday and picked up on Thursday. An obscene figure in my opinion. Luckily our pet was insured. Oh, and this figure was apparently a preferential rate/deal! I can’t fault the care and expertise of the staff though, they were great and my cat is now on the mend. I’ve had good communication with them post care and any questions or concerns I’ve had have been answered quickly and professionally. Many thanks to the staff for treating our beloved cat. I would give 6 stars if I could for the treatment and care but 4 out of 5 stars due to cost.

The staff from receptionist to vet are so polite kind and welcoming, myself and Red my dog, felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. Everything was explained to me and my thoughts and concerns were dealt with, with patience. Red was looked after wonderfully and was'nt stressed by it all. His aftercare has been really good and they are always there if needed. I would certainly recommend this vets to anyone...thank you for your care and kindness...

Had a referral here recently . Consultation was very thorough. Everything explained in a easy to understand manner. Costs were explained before going ahead. The waiting room, consultation rooms were very clean and tidy. Hot drinks were available. They have details of nearby places you can get food and drink if you have a long wait for treatment to take place. Everything followed up with an email and a phone call.

All the staff were very welcoming to both myself and our dog from the moment we made an appointment, so even before we walked through the door. During the discussion of the history I was allowed time to explain how I felt things had gone up to that point, my concerns and hopes for the investigation/tests after which we thoroughly discussed the planned tests, what they should help show and how that would feed back into other tests to hopefully achieve a diagnosis. All through it I was able to ask questions and I was fully involved in the plan and the associated costs. It was all done in a comfortable, friendly, private environment and by the time I left our dog with them for an overnight stay I felt more confident and comfortable with our dog's situation and outlook and a lot less stressed than I had been in months. Our dog was clearly well looked after and cared for whilst in their care and again the results were fully explained without rushing and again we were given ample time to ask questions as these were discussed. An amazing team of amazing people taking the same care with our dog as we would at home.

Knowledge and expertise of staff is incredible. Huan knew what the condition was from the start, tests just confirmed the diagnosis. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They genuinely care about you and your pet and take the time to talk you through everything from start to finish. Our GSD Bella has been to Andersonmoore twice now with two separate conditions and they have given her, her life back and allowed her to be comfortable and happy. Would recommend to anyone!

Came with Borris and was guided through everything they were going to investigate in a caring but matter of fact manner. Advised of potential risks and an outline of the costings
