Guide to our Fixed Price Packages
No two cases are the same and, as you know, referral cases are often far from routine, so individualised estimates are always given to your client at the time of their consultation. However, if you would like to discuss costs before you refer to us, please contact us.
Whilst we endeavour to keep all patients within the fixed price fee please be aware that there may be additional charges related to other health issues or major complications that are not within the bounds of the fixed price. This will always be discussed in detail with the client at the time of consultation.

Direct Claims
There is a direct claim fee of £57 (per condition) for allowing the balance to remain outstanding. We will then await payment directly from your insurers.
The threshold for direct claims is £500. For any amount below this, we ask you to pay in full at the time of treatment. We will still be happy to process this claim to your insurance company on your behalf.
The direct claim fee will only apply if you wish us to hold the outstanding balance on your behalf. If you choose to clear your account, there will be no administration charge applied to your account.
