Marco Magliacano

Marco qualified with Honours at the University of Veterinary Medicine of Naples ‘Federico II’ (Italy) in 2007. After his graduation, he worked for several years in Naples (Italy) in small animal general practices and in referral practices where he discovered his interest in anaesthesia and analgesia. After that, he attended several courses on small animal anaesthesia and analgesia consolidating and improving his knowledge and skills. In 2017 he was awarded a grant that allowed him to attend an externship in a referral practice in the UK for six months subsequently undertaking 2 anaesthesia internships in the UK. Before joining AMVS he worked in a referral practice in the North West as a clinician in anaesthesia and analgesia leading anaesthesia. His interests are in all aspects of anaesthesia with a focus on anaesthesia equipment, ventilation techniques and hemodynamic monitoring.
