Catrina Pennington

Catrina graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2014. She initially worked in small animal first opinion practice in Central Scotland before undertaking a rotating internship, followed by an orthopaedic internship at Chestergates Veterinary Specialists. From there she returned to Edinburgh University to complete an internship in Soft Tissue and Oncological surgery followed by a clinical fellowship in Small Animal Surgery at the Royal Veterinary College, London, where she was primarily based with Cardiothoracic surgical team. She returned to the North-West in June 2020 to begin a Residency in Small Animal Surgery at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital and moved to Anderson Moores after completing this in June 2023.
