Our Specialist-led teams are on hand, round the clock to provide exceptional care for emergency patients with all urgent referrals being reviewed and accepted.

Always Available, Always Accessible

For most patients, our dedicated client care team can arrange a rapid referral on receipt of your referral submission. Same day emergencies are accepted through our Specialist-led team who may request a brief discussion with you to ensure smooth transition and excellence in the care of your patient. Pre-referral stabilisation and treatment plans can also be discussed with a member of our team if required.

Following an urgent or emergency referral to Anderson Moores, we will carry out an initial consultation and develop a contextualised, bespoke care plan for the patient in collaboration with their owner. If diagnostic tests, medical treatment, or emergency surgery is required, we will admit the patient to the appropriate ward in our state-of-the-art hospital and continue to liaise closely with the owner as the patient progresses with investigation and treatment.

Routine or Emergency - One Consistent Consultation Fee

Whether it’s a routine or emergency referral we charge the same consistent consultation fee* – no surprises just compassionate, expert care when it is needed most.

*Consistent consultation fee applies to emergency referrals received between 8am - 6pm. Referrals received after 6pm will be subject to our Out of Hours consultation fees.
