Nunzia graduated from the University of Naples with honours in 2008. Soon after, Nunzia moved to Pisa where she entered a three-year specialisation in Pathology and Clinical medicine of companion animals. Nunzia qualified with honours in 2011 with a thesis comparing different locoregional anaesthetic techniques during orthopaedic surgeries in dogs.
After the school of specialisation, Nunzia performed a 6-month internship in the anaesthesia department at Dick White Referrals. After completing the internship she remained to perform a one-year multidisciplinary rotating internship.
In 2014, Nunzia performed a one-year specialist anaesthesia internship at the University of Liverpool and in 2015 she entered the three-year residency program in Anesthesia and Analgesia at Dick White Referrals, which she completed in March 2018.
Nunzia joined Anderson Moores in April 2018 and is currently working towards her ECVAA diploma.
