We trust that you should not have any reason to contact us about a complaint or any concern you may have regarding your pet’s treatment. However, we appreciate all feedback from our clients and are constantly striving to improve our service.

If you have any concerns, then all complaints should, in the first instance, be addressed to the clinician who has been managing your pet’s treatment. If you are not satisfied thereafter, please write to Jo Lee, Hospital Manager. You can of course, raise your concerns with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons at any time.
