If you have any concerns, then all complaints should, in the first instance, be addressed to the clinician who has been managing your pet’s treatment. If you are not satisfied please write to Richard Hoile, the Chief Executive. You can of course, raise your concerns with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons at any time.
