Last month, some of the dashing Anderson Moores team abandoned their razors and sacrificed their upper lips in aid of Movember – a global campaign to raise awareness and fund programmes to tackle men’s health.
For 30 days, our 'Mo Bros' grew and styled their moustaches in a bid to raise money to help combat serious health issues faced by men such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention – an issue particularly prevalent amongst the veterinary profession.
Commenting on their Movember attempt, Anderson Moores’ RCVS Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine, David Walker, said; “This was a fantastic team effort led by Fabio and Ricardo and we were delighted to raise over £900 for a very worthy cause. We were sad to see our tashes go; however, we are all already looking forward to Movember 2017!”
So far, the team have raised an impressive £945 for this fantastic cause. Thank you to everyone who dontated.
