After 12 successful months, Petra Agthe’s Good Life campaign – an initiative created to encourage well-being amongst colleagues, friends and family – has come to an end.
Anderson Moores' RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging set up the Good Life blog last year, with the aim of sharing research-based weekly tips exploring the human mind, happiness and well-being. The blog has done extremely well, with over 17,000 views, and we’re delighted to announce that Petra has beaten her fundraising target - raising a grand total of £960 for the International Rescue Committee and the World Veterinary Service.
Commenting on the Good Life, Petra Agthe, said: “Running the blog has been an amazing experience. I have learnt so much during this time and the positive feedback from a large number of people has been both humbling and motivating. I would like to thank everyone who supported my challenge in order to improve the lives of people and animals in need”.
While the blog will no longer be updated, you will still be able to access the posts here. As well as this, Petra has put together a free e-book of all the posts, which you can download using this link.
Petra’s JustGiving page will remain live and all donations are greatly appreciated.
Once again, we would like to congratulate Petra for all her work and thank everyone who has followed the blog and donated to the campaign.
